We are looking for an Implementation Consultant – Jira (ITSM) to provide Level-1 and Level-2 operational support for Jira and Jira Service Management (JSM). The role focuses on configuration support, issue troubleshooting, workflow management, and ensuring platform stability.

Responsibilities
- Provide Level-1 / Level-2 support for Jira and Jira Service Management (JSM)
- Troubleshoot workflow, permission, automation, and configuration issues
- Manage user access, roles, schemes, and permission controls
- Assist in basic workflow design and form configurations
- Handle incident and service request tickets related to Jira platform
