Import Specialist

Job Summary

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Import Specialist to manage and oversee all import shipment processes under our foreign purchasing section. This role is responsible for handling import documentation, coordinating customs clearance with Philippine Customs, ensuring regulatory compliance, and supporting timely delivery of goods. The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, solid knowledge of customs regulations, experience in logistics coordination, and background in the pump and motors industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Process and manage all import shipments and related documentation.
• Review and prepare import documentation for Philippine Customs clearance.
• Ensure compliance with all customs laws, regulations and company SOPs.
