Job Title: Imports Payable

Job Location: Chennai

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Verification and handling of import-related transactions
• Keeping track of bills
• Accounting and confirmation of CHA/Frieght forwarders invoices Invoice payment using the bank website IDPMS
• Interaction with foreign suppliers
• Interaction between CHA and the purchase team
• Reconciliation of accounts for import merchants
• Verification of import merchants' balances in terms of Inco
• Attending talks with merchants who import and purchase
• Getting the import payable schedule ready
• Organizing audits pertaining to imports
