Key Responsibilities
- Supervise students in the absence of a teacher.
- Monitor attendance, behavior, and assignments.
- Support classroom instruction and student learning.
- Maintain records and prepare reports.
- Participate in meetings and training.
- Ensure safety, discipline, and confidentiality.
- High School Diploma (mandatory).
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to manage classroom and follow lesson plans.
- Teamwork and adaptability.
- Must pass background checks, drug test, TB test, fingerprinting.
- Willingness to obtain a Substitute Teaching Permit (if not already).
