In-Office Network Analyst Role

Wightman is seeking a Network Analyst for an in-office position to oversee our core network systems and provide Tier 3 support. Work with a dedicated team to tackle network challenges.
This role involves monitoring and maintaining network operations, resolving incidents, and participating in IT operational work. An ideal candidate will have a background in networking protocols and strong customer service abilities, focusing on efficiency and problem resolution.
