In Process Laboratory Technician

ROLE PURPOSE Responsible for preparing lab samples and performing tests in accordance with developed work instructions in alignment with business needs. Key Accountabilities & Activities Testing & Preparation: Prepare specimens and perform laboratory tests such as FAW, RAW, IC, and sample cutting. Safety Compliance: Conduct all testing using approved PPE (including respirators) and report Near Misses to the HSE Manager. Equipment Oversight: Ensure all equipment is calibrated and functional; notify management of upcoming calibration due dates or malfunctions. Data & Documentation: Record technical data in daily logs and equipment books, prepare graphs via computer, and support IPL documentation. Quality & Efficiency: Follow strict methodologies for analysis and contribute to cost-efficient resource usage to reduce waste.
