Opportunity Description
Responsibilities
- Answer high-volume inbound and/or make outbound calls in a timely and professional manner.
- Identify customer needs, clarify information, and provide solutions for problems or inquiries.
- Address and resolve customer complaints, escalating complex issues to supervisors as needed.
- Process customer orders, payments, and requests for service.
Requirements
- Amenable to working onsite (office-based)
- Filipino Citizen, or hold relevant residence status
- Completed High school (old or new curriculum)
- Good to excellent in verbal, listening, and communication skills.
- With BPO experience is a plus but NOT required
