We are looking for a confident and conversational Inbound Sales & Appointment Specialist to join a growing, patient-focused audiology practice. This role works closely with the Founder to manage inbound leads, guide conversations, and convert interest into booked appointments while ensuring a seamless and professional patient experience. You will play a key role in improving response times, maintaining structured workflows, and supporting the patient journey from initial enquiry through to follow-up.
