Our client Techtiks Global is looking for an Inbound Sales Executive in Lahore .

Job Description

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound sales inquiries and convert them into sales.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and offer solutions.
• Achieve sales targets and performance metrics on a monthly basis.
• Process orders and ensure accurate documentation is kept.
• Provide excellent customer service and support throughout the sales process.
• Gather feedback from customers and report it to the management team.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in an inbound teleco sales preferably in an inbound sales capacity.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to build rapport quickly with customers and understand their needs.
