Opportunity Description
The Inbound Supervisor is responsible for managing inbound warehouse operations, supervising inbound staff, and ensuring compliance with operational and safety standards. The role focuses on maintaining inventory accuracy, overseeing receiving and put-away activities, coordinating with internal departments and suppliers, and ensuring smooth day-to-day inbound operations.
Requirements
- Supervise and coordinate receiving, inspection, and put-away activities according to SOPs and SLAs.
- Assign daily tasks and priorities to the inbound team to ensure operational efficiency.
- Monitor team performance, provide feedback, and support employee development.
- Manage schedules, attendance, and daily operational issues within the inbound section.
