Overview
Position Purpose: Perform commissions and bonus calculations as well as ensure accuracy and quality in the processes and reporting.
Responsibilities
Primary Accountabilities/Responsibilities:
Prepare and review monthly commission/bonus payout calculations for multiple groups including external Introducing Brokers and internal Producers utilizing the Xactly Incent System as well as Excel when required.Understand IB deals and Producer employment contracts to design in Xactly accurately the calculations and sources needed.Assist with system upgrades, integrations and consolidation.Crosstrain when required to be a cohesive team member.Prepare GL entries to post variable compensation accruals and other entries into Oracle.Adhere to deadlines and communicate effectively whenever that is not possible.Respond efficiently to our IB’s and Producers on any q...
