Industrial Custodian/Temporary

Our client in Welland is currently seeking a reliable and motivated Janitor to support their operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This position is covering a leave of absence and is expected to last approximately 12 weeks, with the possibility of overtime as required.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain cleanliness of shop floor, production, and office areas

Perform general housekeeping duties throughout the facility

Sweep, mop, and remove garbage and recycling

Clean and sanitize washrooms and employee breakroom areas

Assist with basin maintenance and other cleaning-related duties as assigned

Follow all workplace health and safety procedures

Qualifications

Previous industrial or commercial cleaning experience is considered an asset

Strong reliability and willingness to learn

Flexibility to work rotating shifts and overtime when required
