This position reports to: R&D Team Lead

The Mechanical Design Draftsman – Product Development supports product engineers in the design, development, and optimization of mechanical components and assemblies. The role focuses on preparing, modifying, and reviewing 2D and 3D CAD models, determining tolerances according to manufacturing processes, performing tolerance stack‑up calculations, and contributing technical insights to improve product manufacturability, quality, and functionality.

The position requires attention to detail, solid understanding of mechanical drafting principles, and the ability to proactively identify issues and propose design improvements.
