Opportunity Description

Our client is a leading manufacturer of plastic injection moldings.

The Industrial Engineer will report directly to the Industrial Engineering Manager and will be responsible for the following key functions:

Responsibilities:

  • Leading project teams, initiatives, and the analysis of existing production data to develop more efficient and effective processes using Lean principles.
  • Utilizing IE Technique / Lean Manufacturing methods for process improvement and problem resolution.
  • Supporting operational priorities - Quality, Inventory, Delivery, and Cost Containment.
  • Developing, coordinating, and executing continuous improvement activities at all levels and functions.
  • Facilitating the plant to focus on reducing waste to target yield savings, improve efficiencies, improve quality, meet customer needs, and achieve facility and corporate goals.
