Industrial Engineering Assistant Manager

Coordinate for improvement of planning efficiency for Hub cost, productivity, and on-time performance.

Hub service initiative and cost plan; Hub planning worksheet maintenance, holiday plan and volume projection.

Set up procedure, KPI; work with cross function for procedure and initiative deployment.

Coordinate with APAC Air group and foreign gateways.

Work with Air, Brokerage and region partner to set up procedure to improve Hub operation performance.

Hub MOP development and maintenance, data flow maintenance and update.

Plan and regularly revisit Air operations and Hub Sort staffing.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Degree in Industrial Engineering.
• 2‑3 years of industrial engineering‑related experience preferred.
• Strong project management skills.
• Experience with work measurement, process improvement, and operations research.
