Filinvest is expanding its footprint in New Clark City—and we're looking for a results-driven Leasing / Sales Manager to lead the commercial success of Filinvest Innovation Park (FIP-NCC) .

In this role, you will spearhead the sales of industrial lots and leasing of RBF units, driving pipeline growth and closing high-value deals across key markets. You'll lead and develop a lean, high-performing team, shape go-to-market strategies, and deliver aggressive yet achievable revenue targets for both standard lots and megalots.
