Industry Practice Leader - Mining, Metals and Minerals

TheIndustry Practice Leader will act as Lockton’s industry leader for mining, metals and minerals, combining strategic business development, senior client advisory, and deep market expertise to deliver innovative solutions to mining and metals companies across Brazil.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and growth of Lockton’s Mining practice within different offices in Brazil.
• Originate and manage relationships with major mining companies, mid-tier producers, and contractors.
• Serve as Executive Client Leader for strategic accounts.
• Global interaction with the industry practice team.
• Design and structure complex insurance and risk transfer programs, including property, liability, and environmental exposures.
• Leverage relationships with local and international insurers to secure optimal program structures and capacity.
