Inflight Training Operations Controller (Toronto)

Job Summary

Reporting to the Manager, Crew Planning, the Inflight Training Operations Controller is responsible for the coordination, execution, and oversight of all short‑term inflight training activities. This role manages the day‑to‑day and monthly scheduling of Flight Attendant training programs, ensuring compliance with all regulatory and company training requirements.

Working collaboratively with Inflight Training, Crew Planning, and operational stakeholders, the Controller ensures training activities are effectively scheduled, monitored, and recovered in the event of operational disruptions. The role is critical to maintaining crew qualifications, operational readiness, and compliance with Transport Canada regulations and company standards.
