IT Operations / ITSM Team Lead Location: Bangalore / Chennai (1 day work from office per week) We are looking for an experienced IT Operations / ITSM Team Lead who is both technically hands-on and capable of leading teams in a fast-paced enterprise environment. In this role, you will manage critical incidents, improve monitoring and observability practices, and drive operational excellence across complex infrastructure environments.
