Infrastructure Engineer Roles and Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain LAN/WAN, firewalls, routers, and switches
- Deploy, manage, and support Azure cloud environments
- Diagnose and resolve network connectivity issues
- Provision cloud resources and implement automation
- Manage patching, updates, and backup verification
- Administer Office 365 tenant and Wi-Fi networks across offices
- Maintain technical documentation and optimize infrastructure performance
- Collaborate with DevOps, cloud architects, and Azure teams
- Respond to incidents and service requests related to networking and cloud services
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field
- Minimum 4 years of experience in IT infrastructure and Azure Cloud
