Job Description

Leading Financial Service Client in Cape Town requires an Infrastructure Solutions Architect to provide infrastructure-related services to the IT Business and Community.

Minimum Requirements

1. Matric
2. IT Diploma or Degree
3. Certified Hardware, VMware Engineer
4. Preference to Certifications: Microsoft Certified Engineer, Linux, Storage, TOGAF & ITIL
5. 10 Years experience in a similar role
6. Good experience in architecture principles and frameworks, VMware, Linux, Storage
7. Good understanding of private and hybrid cloud concepts

Responsibilities

1. Responsible for designing and maintaining infrastructure solutions
2. Provide technical consultancy to IT Architects
3. Present and obtain solutions design
4. Design and present infrastructure changes and reduce impact on business
