Injection Blow/ Stretch blow moulding operator

We are looking for a skilled Process Technician to join our client’s dynamic production team. This role involves ensuring production equipment operates efficiently, maintenance is carried out on schedule, and quality standards are consistently maintained.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, troubleshoot, and rectify technical issues on production equipment (machines, moulds, etc.).
• Develop, set, and document machine settings for each production run.
• Conduct fault analysis and independently resolve issues related to product quality, processing, moulds, or equipment malfunction.
• Develop and follow maintenance plans; coordinate maintenance with internal teams and service suppliers.
• Identify spare parts requirements, maintain inventory awareness, and assist in sourcing decisions.
