Lead the execution of innovation and sustainability initiatives in Singapore to advance ESG goals, deploy cutting-edge technologies including AI, and embed sustainability into core operations aligned with global objectives.

• Develop and implement innovation and sustainability strategies aligned with global company objectives
• Identify, evaluate, and deploy innovative technologies and startup solutions to solve operational challenges
• Lead sustainability projects targeting energy efficiency, carbon reduction, climate risk mitigation, water and waste management, and digital/AI-driven transformation
