- Ability to AI
- Great stockmanship
- Proven dairy parlour experience
- Knowledge and experience with milking routines
- Strong admin and management skills
- Computer literacy essential, with proven experience working with Dairy software
- Maintenance orientated
- Strong administrative skills
- Ability to work with and motivate a team
- Valid drivers license
