JOB SUMMARY:
The Inside Product Support Sales Representative will primarily contact Ohio CAT customers by telephone within an established geographic territory, aiming to increase Caterpillar and other allied brands parts and service sales within the construction/heavy equipment industry, and build consultative relationships with those customers to enhance overall sales to users, market share, and improve the Customer Experience with Ohio CAT.
