Responsibilities
Manage Opportunity registration form by working closely with account managers. Perform quality check or data validation for ORF submitted. Ensure completeness of information for all Opportunity Records and line items. Effectively manage queue for ORF submitted by partners by making sure that ORF meet the SLA defined. Perform Salesforce BFO Opportunity Creation for Sales Pipeline, Accounts and Contacts Creation in Salesforce BFO, Salesforce BFO Sales Pipeline Updates / Clean-up.
Qualifications
- Associate Degree / Diploma in Business
- Must have the ability to effectively interface with all internal APC customers as well as all cross-functional teams relevant to Opportunity inquiries
- Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Word
- Technology savvy is plus
- Must be able to handle confidential information in a professional manner
