+ Process and manage customer orders using EDI systems and internal platforms
+ Review incoming orders for accuracy, inventory availability, and delivery timelines
+ Troubleshoot and resolve order or EDI issues to ensure timely shipment
+ Coordinate order details such as pricing, ship-to locations, and delivery requirements
+ Support key accounts with order processing, invoicing, and communication
+ Track orders, follow up on backorders, and provide shipment updates
+ Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email in a professional manner
