Job Description
- Qualify inbound leads, manage CRM data, and route opportunities to sales executives.
- Drive revenue through initiating and closing sales.
- Handle account retention, maintenance, and product training coordination.
- Market Research & Lead Generation
- Research target verticals to identify opportunities and generate leads.
- Prequalify memberships and secure stakeholder approval.
- Identify relevant trade shows for participation.
- CRM & Data Management
- Maintain accurate customer accounts in Salesforce; clean duplicate records.
- Ensure profiles (billing, shed info, seasonality, commodities) are up to date.
- Reporting & Presentation Support
- Prepare customer reports, dashboards, and presentations.
- Develop trip routes and post-trip reports for sales teams.
