Opportunity Description

The Inside Sales Executive is responsible for generating and qualifying leads, engaging with potential clients, and supporting revenue growth across IT staffing and services. This role requires strong communication skills, persistence in outreach, and the ability to understand client requirements and align them with appropriate solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
Identify and qualify new sales leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and networking activities
Build and maintain relationships with potential clients through regular follow-ups and consistent communication
Understand client requirements and map them with the company’s IT staffing and service offerings
Meet or exceed weekly and monthly targets related to lead generation, meetings, and conversions
