You will be an insolvency litigation lawyer at Associate or Senior Associate/Special Counsel level (or would like to step up to SA or Special Counsel).

Your new role

Highlights include acting for Directors & Officers, individual Plaintiffs in high profile matters, many of the largest restructuring/insolvency matters of recent times and for insolvency practitioners in relation to litigation preference claims, voluntary administrations, members and creditors voluntary winding-ups. Appear in the High, Federal, Supreme and District Courts for hearings, and instruct Junior and Senior counsel at directions, interlocutory (ex parte) and final hearings.
