Responsibilities • Apply installation practices and accepted measurement techniques to install windows and doors for every fenestration.
• Ensure all projects have been sold in a manner commensurate with company policies and financial objectives.
• Determine workflow, project complexity, and identification of appropriate skills necessary to complete a project.
• Provide complete installation methods and material estimates for jobs, ensuring each job meets financial, construction, and manufacturing standards.
• Processing of project related paperwork and other administrative duties, including EPA lead safe work practice documentation.
• Other job duties as assigned Qualifications • 5-7 years of experience in construction project management.
• Ability to work independently.
• Strong mathematical skills.
