The Instructional Lead is responsible for the strategic design and optimization of our technical customer education ecosystem. This individual will transform complex product functionality into a high-impact e-learning engine that drives user adoption and retention. You will be tasked with building a living curriculum that thrives in an environment of rapid product iterations and ambiguity.
