Instructional Designer

Duties: We are looking for an Instructional Designer/eLearning developer to design and develop technical eLearning for ServiceNows finance and enterprise technology. Design & Develop Finance-Focused Learning : Create high-quality instructional programs (eLearning, video, ILT, blended) on finance topics, ensuring alignment with business goals. Needs Analysis & Impact Measurement : Conduct needs assessments, define effective learning strategies, and measure business impact. Expert Collaboration & Content Development : Work closely with finance SMEs, process owners, and peers to synthesize complex financial concepts into engaging learning solutions.
