Instructional Designer

Job Description

This role is accountable for the analysis of training content provided by business partners and will also identify outstanding questions/clarification as it relates back to the learning objectives outlined in the training proposal. The curriculum designer is also accountable for building out web‑based modules and designs for all instructor‑led curriculums to be vetted and signed off by the business before curriculum development begins. The authoring tools used for curriculum development require the designer to have a good understanding to determine the best medium for delivery based on the content and audience.
