General Aviation Instructor

The General Aviation Instructor will conduct classroom, field instruction and on-the-job training and assist in the development of maintenance training programs to enhance the skills of trainees. The instructor will conduct trainee assessment and will provide remedial training as necessary. The instructor will review the course material with the course developer in order to maintain training effectiveness. S/he will also maintain records of training activities and of student attendance.

Must be able to communicate well with others, instill a teamwork mentality, and lead by example.
