They create and manage production schedules, verify job readiness, and communicate assignments so crews understand where they are going and what is required. This role involves coordinating materials and inventory, inspecting equipment before it goes out, and ensuring all work meets quality and safety standards. The manager regularly visits job sites including single-family homes, multi-family builds, and larger commercial projects to provide hands-on support, training, and quality control.
