Insurance Advisor – Mission, BC (Meier Rexall Mall Office)

Compensation

The expected hourly hiring range is $22.20 to $27.75 based on a 35‑hour work week. Actual offered salary will depend on the successful candidate’s qualifications and experience, as well as market conditions and internal equity.

Responsibilities

• Promote and educate clients on insurance products.
• Take ownership of client relationships and help grow the presence and profile in the local community.
• Deliver superior customer service that promotes client retention.
• Uncover clients’ business challenges, act as an advocate, identify needs and provide recommendations.
• Assist clients with their insurance needs by utilizing basic knowledge of underwriting principles.
