POSITION TITLE: Insurance Coordinator (Life Insurance)

You will be responsible for identifying, recruiting,and activating agents to represent our organization. His primary goal will be to build a strong network of agents who are motivated, knowledgeable, and aligned with our mission and values. By effectively sourcing, screening, and onboarding agents, he will contribute to the growth and success of our agency.
