Insurance Defense Paralegal

Description We are looking for an experienced Insurance Defense Paralegal to join a busy litigation team on a Contract to permanent basis. This opportunity is well suited for a detail-oriented individual who enjoys supporting defense matters across multiple practice areas in a collaborative office setting. Responsibilities:
• Support attorneys handling defense litigation matters by maintaining case files, tracking deadlines, and coordinating day-to-day case activity.
• Review and condense medical records, deposition transcripts, and other case materials to help attorneys evaluate claims and prepare strategy.
• Draft litigation documents such as pleadings, discovery responses, subpoenas, and routine motion materials for attorney review.
