Role Overview

We are looking for a Product Engineer to join the Business Change & Engineering team. This role involves developing new insurance product propositions for a multi‑year transformation program across our European Commercial Insurance markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to design, develop, test, and maintain new insurance products.
• Gather and assess feedback from customers and stakeholders such as Underwriting, Sales, and Claims to identify product requirements and improvement opportunities.
