This role provides efficient and timely issuance of insurance policies to our European clients and brokers as well as ongoing knowledgeable and client-focused administrative service in support of our local underwriting teams.

What will you do in this role?

Following underwriting instructions:

Create new and renewal insurance policies within our technical policy system. Review and initiate policy endorsements and certificates. Analyse technical data and calculate technical transactions including limits, premiums and deductions.

Operational excellence:

Review and reply to broker and client requests in a professional and timely manner. Manage accurate and careful maintenance of policy documentation and correspondence onto our e-filing platform. Taking calls and attending...
