Roles & Responsibilities

• Undertake to ensure adherence to underwriting policies, procedures and standards.
• Obtain confirmation of No Claim Discount (NCD) information from Insurance Services Malaysia.
• Prepare Clawback report, NCD Change report, endorsement reject and vehicle chassis validation to send to HQ.
• Prepare short payment letter.
• Verify on policy listing against Accuterm system and inform agent to append the vehicle number.
