About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and results-driven Insurance Back Office Specialist to support daily operations for a US-based agency. This role blends administrative precision with light sales support, including quoting, renewals, COIs, and client relationship management.

You will work closely with the agent to execute marketing strategies, maintain accurate records in the agency management system, and ensure all client interactions are handled professionally and efficiently.
