: The person in this position provides the first point of contact for all customers and a main reception function for the organisation. The team also manages maintenance requests including receipt of the requests, issuing of work orders and ensuring timely completion of the work and billing. The ability to work in a dynamic, fast paced environment while providing excellent customer service is essential for this role.Property and Government Insourcing is a customer driven organisation. We provide accommodation, property maintenance and property upgrade services to ACT Government, community and commercial customers. This position and team are vital to ensuring that our customers have a service driven first point of contact to discuss service requirements and/or maintenance concerns.
