Intake Specialist
Job Type: Full-Time
Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM–5:30 PM Pacific Time (with a 30-minute unpaid break) , and Saturday, 10:00 AM–3:00 PM Pacific Time (totaling 40 hours per week)
Salary: $1,300 per month
Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and confident Intake Specialist to serve as the first point of contact for prospective clients. This role involves engaging with leads, conducting initial intake calls, collecting accurate client information, and scheduling follow-up appointments with the Loan Specialist team. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, is comfortable speaking with US-based clients, and can manage lead interactions efficiently using CRM and communication tools.
