As an Employment Counsellor, you will assess and address client needs through tailored service plans, and support their journey towards job placement and retention. Collaborate with a dynamic team and utilize your expertise in local labour markets and employment resources. Your role will be integral in facilitating connections between clients and industry opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:

• Manage complete client case files and monitor progress
• Assist clients in preparing for job searches and interviews
