Overview

The role is responsible for ensuring the overall performance, reliability, and availability of wireless sites, transmission networks, and data center facilities through 24/7 monitoring, maintenance, and fault management. It includes overseeing outages and system malfunctions, managing device, battery, and critical infrastructure replacements, and coordinating timely resolution of power, environmental, and network-related issues.

The position involves both remote monitoring and on-site execution, such as surveys, inspections, issue verification, and acceptance in coordination with vendors and contractors. It supports IBS deployment, marketing activities through network assurance, and optimization of backup power systems and warranty processes.
