Integration Architecture

The Integration Architecture is responsible for defining, leading, and scaling the organization’s enterprise integration capability. This role focuses on delivering robust, reusable, and scalable integration solutions across complex, multi‑system environments while establishing integration as a strategic and commercially valuable service.

• Define and govern the integration strategy across the solution portfolio
• Lead end‑to‑end integration delivery for large, complex, and concurrent programs
• Establish and run an Integration Center of Excellence, including standards, governance, and reusable assets
• Build, mentor, and manage a high‑performing team of architects, engineers, and specialists
• Act as the senior escalation point for critical integration challenges
• Partner with pre‑sales and solution teams to shape integration approaches for bids, proposals, and programs
