Expedia Group is hiring an Integration & Transformation Manager to support post‑merger and acquisition integration. Reporting to the Senior Director of Integration, the manager will design and execute a comprehensive integration plan for support functions including Finance, People, Real Estate, and Communications, and serve as a key contributor to integration programs within the Integration Management Office.

Responsibilities

• Partner with functional leaders to translate deal rationale and operating‑model choices into a coherent cross‑functional integration plan and critical path.
• Lead structured problem solving for key integration decisions (e.g., sequencing, scope, convergence vs. distinct roles), quantifying trade‑offs in synergies, cost‑to‑serve, risk, and change impact.
