Overview

Reed Finance are working with a prestigious Lincolnshire based organisation, seeking an experienced Interim Financial Controller to join a high-value business for a 6-month assignment. This role will provide critical support across finance, delivering both operational and strategic financial insight while strengthening reporting, controls, and performance management.

This is a hands-on role requiring someone who can hit the ground running , take ownership of key processes, and drive improvements across systems, reporting, and data usage.
